There has been a debate over Harry Potter books vs the movies since a long time. Mostly the people agree that the books offered a more detailed and better explanation of the entire story. Honestly, I too agree with this point. Books are better in several perspectives.
The way J.K. Rowling has presented the entire storyline in the books is quite appreciable. However, in the movies, various significant scenes have not been include which is understandable also because they cannot extend the movie for too long which it would have been if they added all the scenes. So, the movies does give the essence or idea of how the wizarding world is but cannot show us a lot in detail. Here, I would like to appreciate the director, crew and the entire movie team for coming forward and providing the potterheads a chance to actually see the wizarding world. Although, they had their limitations but whatever they presented was relevant and enjoyable for the book lovers as well.
I would suggest that if a person wants a complete and detailed enjoyment of the wizarding world and harry potter's adventures, read the books and then see the movies. This helps us imagine the story and then view it in reality. Books and movies both have their own specialties and calling one better than the other in all perspectives is injustice to the other.
